Cancellation Policy
I understand things come up that we cannot avoid and you won’t always be able to make your appointment time. Please be courteous of my time as I will do the same for you.
Please read my policies before booking:
A credit card will be required when you book your appointment to have on file, no deposit is required.
You will be sent a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment date & time.
Same day cancellation or no show to your appointment will require a 50% charge on your card for your scheduled service UNLESS you reschedule your appointment same day.
Late Policy: You have a 10 minute late grace period or your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will be considered a NO SHOW and charged a no show fee.
I do NOT service minors unless a legal guardian is present for the service.
I do NOT do body waxing services on men.
Please do not come to your appointment if you are having any Covid-19 symptoms.
